By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply fully with these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

HollaAppMeNow is a social networking service that allows users to communicate, share content, join communities, and upgrade their account for additional features. These terms ensure a safe, lawful, and respectful environment for all users.

USE OF THE PLATFORM
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using HollaAppMeNow, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all actions performed through your account.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND PROFILE

Any attempt to abuse, sell, transfer, or misuse the verification badge will result in removal of the badge and possible account suspension.

USER CONTENT
You are responsible for all content you post, including text, photos, videos, and comments. Content posted must not be illegal, abusive, harmful, misleading, or violate the rights of others. HollaAppMeNow reserves the right to remove any content that violates policies without notice.

When posting in timelines, groups, or forums, you agree that your content may be visible to others and shared according to the platform’s settings. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant HollaAppMeNow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform.

COMMUNITY FEATURES
Users can join or create groups and participate in forums. Group creators and moderators must maintain their communities responsibly. Any group or forum that promotes hate speech, scams, harassment, explicit violence, or illegal activity will be removed.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not engage in:

PAYMENTS AND PURCHASES
Paid features such as account upgrades or verification badges are processed securely. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Unauthorized payment activity will lead to account suspension.
